The agency is led by Matthias Lataille, Founder & Chief Flow Maker.
After a successful 15-year career in both hospitality and the drinks industry, Matthias—a former Brand Ambassador—experienced the challenges that come with working closely with alcohol.
Motivated by personal physical and mental health concerns, Matthias chose sobriety in 2020 to reclaim control over his life.
Now a certified Mindset & Confidence mentor, Matthias is driven to foster a community of connection, mentorship and learning through the NO+(F)LOW platform.
